Source for PalmPilot Installer Class

I get a fair number of requests for the source which MakeDocW/PInstall use for setting up files for PalmPilot installation, so it's about time that I put this piece of code into the public domain.

Please feel free to make use of this in your own Windows apps for the PalmPilot, but I would appreciate feedback on any enhancements which you may make to this.

There may be a problem with Desktop V2.x when more than one PalmPilot gets synched on the same PC - since I don't seem to have time to look into this myself, I'm hoping someone else will.
